Refund & Return
Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or incorrect purchases. Any item(s) purchased from SUPPLY HOUSE HQ can be returned for an exchange or store credit if the following criteria has been met:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- SUPPLY HOUSE HQ will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (as example; if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You can provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
- No refunds or exchanges for products will be considered due to change of mind.
- Refunds or returns are not available for items purchased incorrectly by the customer.
Shipping
SUPPLY HOUSE HQ can ship to almost any address in Australia. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.
Once you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Deliveries through Australia roughly take 1-3 business days. The shipping rates for some items we sell can be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies or services we use, generally – all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Corporate orders which have value less than $250, a $20 delivery fee for most metro areas. Also, extra fees are applicable to regional areas and areas outside of the metro centres. For retail customers, order less than $150 there is a flat fee, please keep an eye on our website for the delivery offers. Also, delivery for certain LGA is free once the purchase is $150 and above, please visit our website for the most recent details.
